Our strategy centres on a hub-and-spoke production model built around the Tecomatlán Processing Plant in Mexico, supported by our own Los Lirios Antimony Project and a network of regional third-party ore supply agreements, alongside an emerging exploration platform in Nevada targeting long-term domestic supply.
