Tecomatlán Processing Plant
Accelerating antimony production
In October 2025, the Company secured a key piece of infrastructure with a lease and purchase option for a fully established 150 tpd processing plant near the small town of Tecomatlán in the state of Puebla, Mexico, just 50 km from the Company's Los Lirios Antimony Project.
Tecomatlán is the operational hub of our hub-and-spoke production strategy. The plant is being developed with both gravity concentration and flotation circuits built in parallel as a single integrated facility, giving us the flexibility to process ore of varying characteristics efficiently rather than being reliant on a single processing route.
Hub and spoke
Regional ore aggregation
Rather than relying solely on a single mine to feed the plant, Tecomatlán is designed to draw ore from a network of established regional producers across Oaxaca and Puebla, providing a lower risk, faster path to production than building a mine-to-plant operation from a single source.
SPOKE
Chinantla
Lucero Grupo Minero de Puebla. Binding five-year ore supply agreement, 8 km from the plant.
SPOKE
Regional producers

FUTURE SPOKE
Los Lirios
Expected to feed the plant as the asset moves toward development.
The Company has purchased an initial high-grade antimony ore stockpile from Chinantla to support a Proof of Concept processing campaign at the plant.
Metallurgy
Flotation capability
Metallurgical testwork on regional third-party ore has confirmed strong antimony recoveries through the plant's flotation circuit. This integrated flotation capability represents a genuine enhancement to the plant's design, broadening the range of ore types the plant can efficiently process rather than representing any change of direction.
